this is my first turnement im hosting here at bsa and its open to all people.it will start this Saturday and is open to all members of bsa this is for bragging right of top duelist.the rules are no tier 1 no, no burn,stall,exodia,or deck-out after this is done there will be top 3 and they will have bragging rights.

i put up the site go sign in there its open so I don't have to put you in
