Head of Dorm and Dorm advancement

Sometime in the future a tournament will be held for each of the dorms. The winner will be named head of the dorm.

Every week after the top duelist in each dorm is established a tournament will be held and either a new head will be named or the old will remain.

The head of each dorm can retest whenever they wish, and if they advance in dorms the runner up of the tournament is the new head until the next tournament.

All other members will retest as per the usual method.
