That's going to be an issue for testing still..

i was looking at the tier decks again and theres a change in it. evilswarms are back up to tier one. dragunity and dark world is now tier two again for dark world. macrorabbit is now knocked off the tier list. hero is now up to tier two again. gadgets and geargia are now tier three. source: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Yu-Gi-Oh!_Tier_List

the tier list that i used became dead several weeks ago. i have no idea what the tier list is now though

Tier 2, I would disagree. Dark Draw decks are quite powerful these days, I would actually put them at tier 1.

besides those are only tcg not ocg or bujins would be up there

Bujins have a slow opening, so I don't really think so.

Bujins can consistently get Yamato first turn and a crane in hand as well as a turtle relic in the grave without any trouble, and add the fire formation spells/horn of the phantom beast/forbidden lance to the equation and you have a pretty fearsome opening. Not to mention that they have a pseudo-swift scarecrow who does damage and searchable reinforcements in the form of Mikazuchi, who can aid in returning their honest cranes to the hand through his search for the armament trap. I've lost games simmply because the player had 3 Habakiris in hand and inflicted plentiful battle damage through yamato doubling his attack during the damage step.

bujins used to be my best deck but i'm having trouble getting the new ones to work for me as well as the old bujins did

Consistently get all of thse? I disagree. You need a tenki/yamato in the hand, as well as a crane/turtle already in the hand. The new bujins added certainly give them even more variety, but even so, crane/habikirir and the turtle are probably the strongest cards in ther, but yata is certainly good as well.

even if you cant get those out they usually can survive to get out 2 bujins on field for susano wich is the best bujin imo

I agree, even in worse case scenarios you can still get a Susano, who can still benefit from all their support.
